The LPC Full Size is a MIDI based performance controller software package for grandMA2 onPC, BOME MIDI Translator, and three Akai APC20 controllers. Contents include:

  • a template grandMA2 onPC (v3.3.4.3) Show File complete with views, macros, MIDI mappings, and LUA Plugin (See below)

  • MIDI Mappings for three Akai APC20

  • LUA Plugin for LED control featuring bisynchronous communication between MA onPC and the APC20’s

  • BOME MIDI Translator File (BOME Software and License not included)

  • Comprehensive Documentation (via Google Docs)

  • Instructions for importing MIDI mappings, LUA plugin, and macros into an existing MA2 show file (v3.3.4.3 or higher)

261 BUTTON EXECUTORS

The LPC Full Size has a total of 261 rubber button executors and an addition 20 computer keyboard style keys "X-Keys". That's 141 more than a grandMA2 Full Size.

27 BATTLE FADERS + 3 KNOBS

Short throw battle style faders allow fast, dynamic playback execution, while 3 knobs provide a variety of tactile options to the user.

MA2 FULL SIZE COMPATIBLE SHOW FILE

The LPC showfile can be loaded seamlessly to and from a grandMA2 Full Size console. By default, the three button grids are mapped to the three upright touch screens. This functionality comes in extremely useful at festivals and fly dates where a console is provided, as well as when LDs and operators move up from tour to tour.

USE WITH NEW AND EXISTING SHOW FILES

A template MA2 showfile - complete with views, macros, and presets - is provided for new users or for users looking to start an LPC show file from scratch. In addition, instructions are provided to easily import the mappings to use the LPC with an existing MA2 show file.

LED FEEDBACK VIA MA2 + LUA

A custom built LUA plugin provides the user with up-to-date LED feedback on the LPC surface.
